Inma Shara conducts the Youth Orchestra of Girona, sponsored by Metalquimia



Next Friday, November 25th 2011, in a pioneering and totally innovative project in the field of promotion of culture and art among young people, the Orchestra of Cadaqués and Metalquimia have made it possible for Inma Shara, one of the most brilliant representatives of the new generation of international orchestra directors, to direct the Youth Orchestra of Girona.
Disciple of Zubin Mehta, Inma Shara has conducted some of the most prestigious musical groups around the world, such as the London Philharmonic Orchestra, the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra and the Russian National Symphony, among many others. On this occasion, the director will stand before the Youth Orchestra of Girona, a musical group made up of young musicians from Girona who have demonstrated their interpretive excellence with repertoires of great complexity.
